The ByOwner System Standard Package includes:

The first step in the ByOwner System is ordering the lawn sign, arrows and riders.  By clicking on the "Order Now" button at the bottom of the page you will go to the order form.  When you have placed your order for signs you will be assigned a username and password that you can use to access the other features of the ByOwner System.  When you log on using the Seller's Login feature at the top left of the page, you will be taken through the house data input sections with additional intructions along the way. 

You have two choices in the lawn sign package.  The only difference between the Standard Package and the Deluxe Package is the type of post used on the FOR SALE sign.  The Standard Package has an iron frame (see picture) and the Deluxe Package has a high quality PVC post (the wood post look - see picture) that is easy to install, no digging.
